Rumors about more Rush Limbaugh racist quotes are circulating, and it has been revealed that Rush Limbaugh last week made an unsuccessful attempt to purchase the St. Louis Rams. Colts owner Jim Irsay told USA Today that he would not have voted to allow Limbaugh to buy the team.
Apparently he didn’t get very far toward his goal of buying the team before several people — including Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson — called for the NFL commissioner to block Limbaugh’s efforts.

Most accounts of the story involving Rush Limbagh’s botched plan to buy the Rams and Jim Irsay’s comments say the same thing: It is because of Rush Limbaugh’s racist quotes from past shows that so many people were against him purchasing the team. I bet Rush Limbaugh couldn’t even try to get a personal loan without someone objecting to it. He has a whole lot of enemies.

Jim Irsay said the Rush Limbaugh racist quotes were the main reason he would not vote for him to buy the Rams. “Our words do damage and it’s something that we don’t need. Mixing business with pressure
Apparently Rush Limbaugh’s personal opinions now are starting to affect his business dealings. Buying the St. Louis Rams could have potentially been extremely lucrative for Rush Limbaugh, but several players said they wouldn’t want to stay on the team if he owned it.
I guess it just goes to show how damaging it really can be when people think you’re a jerk.
